Cancellation instructions

The following cancellation policy applies to such users who are consumers and play for money.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear declaration. Below you will find a sample withdrawal form that you can use for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation in time.

In the event of a timely cancellation, we must refund any fees already paid. The repayment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation by us. We will use the same means of payment for the repayment that you used for the subscription, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any costs for the refund.

You have an obligation to pay compensation if the execution of the contract has already begun before the expiry of the cancellation period and you were made aware of this circumstance at the conclusion of the contract and expressly agreed to it.

The right of cancellation shall expire if we have already fulfilled our obligations under the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period and you were made aware of this circumstance at the time the contract was concluded and expressly agreed to it.

If you are a consumer and wish to revoke the contract, please abort your game that has not started yet or fill out and return this form. If your game already started the contract has been completely fullfilled by PowChess and you lose your right of withdrawal.
